Ninbet Terms and Conditions — Applicable to All Members

01 General Rules

Ninbet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Ninbet and all registered members. 02 Account Registration & Verification

To register on Ninbet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

KYC Verification Process

Ninbet follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security. The following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal or for large transactions on your account:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Ninbet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• All deposits must be made from your own payment method — deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
• Ninbet does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ninbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the respective bonus offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first place bets totalling the required wagering amount.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time frame, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using the same promotion more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Ninbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on Ninbet are powered by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

• If a technical error occurs affecting a game result, the round in question will be voided and all bets will be refunded.
• Ninbet is not liable for any game interruption caused by loss of internet connection; however, the system will automatically attempt to complete the game.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds offered in live betting may change at any time; confirmed bets will remain locked at the odds in effect at the moment of confirmation.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ninbet. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Using strategies to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

07 Responsible Gaming

Ninbet believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly, and to that end we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.

09 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

• Concerns related to suspicious financial transactions or money laundering.

10 Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Ninbet operates in compliance with international gaming laws. Any dispute arising from these terms will first be referred to our customer support team for resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will be settled through international arbitration.
